Update: Resident has decided not to vacate afterall.  This unit will not become vacant as planned.

D06 is expected to be available around 8/15/11.  It's currently occupied, and I'm actively trying to pre-rent it.  It's on the second floor, faces west, and has a great view of one of our beautifully landscaped courtyards.

Get  your application in quick, I don't expect this unit will be available long.  This is a great property in a wonderful neighborhood, and the value can't be beat.
