Construction started this morning on our balcony repair project. The contractor is starting at the East end of the property and working their way across to the other end. We're hoping by October they'll be finished and we'll have new balconies for the residents to enjoy.
Until then, please bear with us as we tolerate the extra dust and noise. We're really looking forward to the finished product!

- I am originally from Southern California, currently living and working as a Rental Property Manager in San Jose, CA. I have been managing rental properties for more than 5 years. I am CCRM certified, and currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Management at Western Governors University. I am a veteran of the U.S. military, including tours in Korea, Cuba, Operation Southern Watch, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom. My hobbies include hunting, dog training, and motorcycle riding. I am married to my best friend and we have two wonderful kids.
