In the two years I've lived here, I've discovered the "South Bay" area is one of the best places in the country to live. Not only does it have the best climate of anywhere I've ever lived (outside of the Caribbean), and a wonderfully close proximity to San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Napa Valley, but it's also the most diverse place I've ever encountered (diverse people, cultures, and perspectives). The thriving business community here is inspiring, there are so many fun things to do within a 10-15 minute drive from home, and more shopping and dining venues than you could shake a stick at.
It really is a great place to live.

- I am originally from Southern California, currently living and working as a Rental Property Manager in San Jose, CA. I have been managing rental properties for more than 5 years. I am CCRM certified, and currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Management at Western Governors University.
